LEGAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION DISCOUNT COUPON FOR SENSOR CLEANING.

1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The company DSTFotografía with registered office at C/ Capitan Gaspar Ortiz 20, 03201 Eche, Alacant (SPAIN) DINASHOP SLU with CIF B54971130 (hereinafter DST Fotografia) organizes for promotional purposes the Draw 20 Coupons 50% discount on sensor cleaning (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The promotion will begin on 13/11/2018 and will end on 21/11/2018

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The participation requirements will be as follows:

• Anyone residing in Spain and over 18 years of age may participate.
• The personal data that participants use to fill out the registration form must be truthful.
• Participants may only register once for this promotion.

The mechanics of the Promotion consist of filling out the form, among all participants a random draw will be carried out, giving away 20 coupons.

4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

Twenty winners and ten alternates will be chosen by lottery on 22/11/2018

If the winner selection is random through Easypromos's raffle and certificate system, we recommend including this information: The selection of winners and alternates will be carried out randomly through the Easypromos platform. Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the draw results and, as proof of this, issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws. The results of this certificate cannot be altered by the draw organizer, and any participating user can request it from the organizer.

The winners will receive as a prize: a 50% coupon for a discount on sensor cleaning.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it is found that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees working for others in any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to DSTFotografía (ii) Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of DSTFotografía (iii) Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been involved directly or indirectly in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.

DSTFotografía reserves the right, if there is just cause and after prior legal communication, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.

Any tax or fiscal burden that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses derived from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by DSTFotografía in these Legal Terms, will be borne by the winner.

A period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the prize is awarded is established for making any justified claim. DSTFotografía reserves the right, if absolutely necessary, to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics.

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that could infringe upon the rights of others will not be permitted. Comments against any individual that violate their right to honor, privacy, and image will also not be allowed. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may offend other participants.

7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we assume no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize. If this Promotion cannot be carried out, whether due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other reason beyond DSTFotografía's control that affects the normal course of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

8.- FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Facebook/Instagram, therefore Participants release Facebook from all liability for any damages that may arise from it.

9.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

DSTFotografía takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept secure and treated with the utmost care.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this contest being incorporated into a file owned by DSTFotografía to process participation in the contest and to notify the winner of the prize.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and are responsible for notifying DSTFotografía of any changes to it. DSTFotografía reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any Participant who has provided false information. Participants are advised to exercise the utmost diligence in data protection by using security tools, as DSTFotografía cannot be held responsible for the unlawful theft, modification, or loss of data.

Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as to (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its erasure, (iii) request the restriction of the processing of their data, (iv) object to the processing of their data, and (v) request data portability. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he or she has his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as if the exercise of his or her rights is not satisfied.

The Supervisory Authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the progress and outcome of the complaint.

10.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms and conditions, provided that it does not harm or diminish the rights of the participants in the Promotion.

11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The courts of the city of Alicante shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or performance of these terms and conditions.
