To celebrate our rebranding, we're giving away three fantastic packs to our followers.

2.- Disassociation with respect to Facebook

Facebook does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user is completely disassociated from Facebook and acknowledges that they are providing their information to DSTFotografía, not to Facebook. The information provided will be used to manage the participant's entry and to notify them of the prize.

3.- Purpose and mechanics of the competition.

To participate, you must complete the following steps:
1st Follow the page (according to the latest Facebook contest rules, this point is optional)
2nd Comment on the post naming your favorite photographer.
Don't forget to share with the rest of your friends
The winner of the draw will be determined based on the comments received on the post.

4.- Duration

The contest began on January 16, 2018 at 6:00 PM and will end on January 30, 2018 at 6:00 PM. The winner will be announced in the following hours in the comments section of the contest post on the DSTFotografía Facebook page.

5.- Prize

The prize in the raffle is three packs, one per person. Each pack includes three sensor cleanings and a 15% discount on repairs.

6. Requirements to participate

The following may participate in the contest:
– All people who are fans of the official Facebook page “DSTFotografía” and who have a real user profile on Facebook.
– Residents in Spain
The following will not be eligible to participate:
-Fraudulent or fake profiles
-People not residing in Spain

7. Selection of the winner(s), alternates, communication and delivery

The winner will be selected using the Easy Promos random application and announced on our DSTFotografía Fan Page.
The winner(s) will have to make contact via private message through the Facebook page.
If the winner(s) do not respond within 3 calendar days from the date of publication, or if they decline the prize, they will lose the right to it, and it will pass to the alternate. If the alternate does not respond within 3 calendar days, the prize will be drawn again among the participants and the process will start again (contacting the winner, etc.).
The prize will be personal and non-transferable, so the only person who can enjoy it will be the winner.

8.- Limitations

DSTFotografía is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.
DSTFotografía reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the contest when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner described in these rules.
DSTFotografía reserves the right to postpone or extend the contest period, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms.
Likewise, the organizing company will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

9.- Acceptance of the terms.

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any statement indicating non-acceptance of all or part of these Terms and Conditions will result in the exclusion of the participant, and consequently, DSTFotografía will be released from any obligation to said participant.
