Instructions for a secure 100% shipment

Follow these 4 simple steps to ensure it arrives at our technical service in perfect condition.

1. Clear the equipment

Remove straps, cases, memory cards, and filters. Also remove the battery (unless the problem is with the power supply). Always put the lids on. of the body and the objective.

2. Protect conscientiously

Wrap each item individually with bubble wrap, giving it at least two or three turns. Do not use towels, clothing, or newspaper. for wrapping.

3. Avoid slack

Use a sturdy, thick cardboard box (never envelopes). Fill all the gaps with crumpled paper or packing peanuts. The team must not move by shaking the box.

4. Close and seal

Seal the box using wide packing tape. Secure all seams (top and bottom). Print the shipping label and affix it in a clearly visible location.

The cost of each shipment is: 10€+VAT up to 5kg and 100cm (length+width+height) in mainland Spain, 15.95€+VAT up to 5kg and 100cm (length+width+height) in the Balearic Islands. For heavier weights and larger sizes, please consult rates.

The equipment shall be shipped packed and properly protected, without accessories such as batteries, cards, straps, filters and sunshades, only the protective covers.

Do not use the original packaging as the final visible packaging.

The company is not liable for damage or loss of accessories or original packaging.

Shipping instructions

Take your package to a SEUR office or your nearest SEUR Pickup point and hand it over with the shipping label firmly attached to the outside of the package.

You won't have to pay anything upon delivery of the package. The shipping cost will be added to your invoice later, if applicable.

If you want to insure the shipment, you must pay at the SEUR office (not valid at Pickup points) both the transport and the corresponding insurance (cost of insurance: 1,25% + VAT on the declared value).

Shipping costs are: €10 + VAT for packages up to 5 kg and 100 cm (length + width + height) within mainland Spain, and €15.95 + VAT for packages up to 5 kg and 100 cm (length + width + height) within the Balearic Islands. For packages exceeding these weights or dimensions, please contact us before shipping.

Equipment must be sent packaged and properly protected, without unnecessary accessories such as batteries, cards, straps, filters, or sunshades, unless they are part of the problem. Send only the equipment and its protective covers.

Do not use the original packaging as the final visible packaging.

The company will not be responsible for damage, loss or misplacement of accessories not indicated or original packaging sent with the equipment.

In these cases, we kindly ask the customer to send the device at their own expense. DST Fotografia will return the device by Correos Correos, unless the customer specifies another agency. All you have to do is protect the device(s) and send the following form by mail or printed inside the package.
