Common errors on CANON EOS cameras.

Many times errors appear in our camera and we have no idea what it is, with this post we want to help you to understand some of the messages and error codes of your Canon camera, so you can understand what is happening and in some cases you can fix them by yourself.

Error 01

This error appears when there is a problem with the connection between the lens and the camera.

How can we solve it? You can try cleaning the connectors on both the camera and the lens by gently wiping them with a cloth. The cloth should be very dry and never touch the connectors directly with your hands.

If the problem persists, you should contact your service centre.

 Error 02

This error occurs when the connection problem occurs between the camera and the card.. In this case, it is best to carefully remove the card and reinsert it into the camera. If the error persists you can try formatting the card and then try again. In case the error persists to rule out a machine fault you should try another card. If the error is not solved you should contact your technical support.

Error 03

In this case the camera is giving you a notice on the capacity of the card. It tells you that the card has too many folders. You should make a backup copy on your computer and format the card. As in the previous case, if you format it and the error persists, try another card to discard the camera error.

If the error continues to appear, you should contact your technical support.

Error 04

This error tells you that the memory card is at its capacity limit. In this case, by transferring the files to the computer and deleting the items you no longer want, the error should disappear.

It is also advisable to format the card following the manufacturer's instructions. Remember that if the error persists and you have already tried another card, you should contact your technical service.

Error 05

In the case of error 05, what the camera is telling us is that there is a error or a problem with flash up that is built into the camera.

If the problem does not disappear, you should contact your technical service.

Error 06

When our camera indicates this error means that automatic sensor cleaning is not possible. You must turn the camera off and then on again.

If the error persists, you should contact your technical service.
